Return and Refund Policy

All sales made through TwinFuse Collectibles are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, photos, prices, and order details before completing their purchase.

Due to the collectible nature of our products, minor imperfections in packaging, including small dents, scratches, tears, creases, or manufacturer defects, are not considered grounds for a return or refund unless otherwise stated in the product description.

If you receive the wrong item or your order is significantly damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the item and shipping packaging. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

TwinFuse Collectibles is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
